Stowe Retreat

Join us August 6–9 at Sterling Forest Lodge in beautiful Stowe, Vermont. This intimate four-day retreat is designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and restore through daily yoga practices, guided hikes, journaling, meditation, and nourishing meals prepared with care. Enjoy time in nature, relax in the hydrotherapy spa, and end your evenings by the fire surrounded by community and mountain views.

The Grand Suite:  $1400 Per person (Double Occupancy) 

Our largest and most luxurious room, the Grand Suite, features an ensuite bathroom, private fireplace, and a charming clawfoot tub positioned to take in sweeping views of the Green Mountains. Thoughtful details include plush bedding, cozy bathrobes, a sound machine, and complimentary toiletries.

This package must be booked twice (once per guest) in order to reserve the suite at this rate. The room can be arranged with either one king bed or two single beds.

Your stay includes all meals, daily yoga practices, workshops, guided hikes, and excursions.

Lodging

During the Stowe Yoga & Wellness Retreat, guests will stay at Sterling Forest Lodge, a peaceful hideaway nestled in Vermont’s Green Mountains. The lodge features beautifully appointed rooms with plush bedding, cozy robes, and mountain views, along with access to the property’s sauna, hot tub, and serene outdoor spaces. It’s the perfect setting to unwind between yoga sessions, nourishing meals, and moments of connection throughout your retreat experience.

Shared Room:  $1275 Per Person (10 spots)

All inclusive package for a luxury room shared with one other person, equipped with luxury bedding, bath robes, sound machines, toiletries, and cozy vibes.

If you are booking with a friend or partner we are happy to place you in a room together.
